Our Concept Design

We are thrilled to introduce Open Air, a brand of resorts at National Parks. Our promise: an unparalleled modern, tech-enhanced, and streamlined experience.

The Founders

The idea for Open Air started when Jordan and Lauren did three cross-country roadtrips from LA to NYC and back. Avid travelers and nature lovers, they were shocked when they couldn’t find unique, one-of-a-kind nature-driven stays.

The Investment Opportunity

Seed round funding is closing soon! Hurry you don’t want to miss this opportunity!

You can only get equity in our company, return of capital at refinance, and quarterly cash dividend payments by investing now!

We are developing boutique resorts that will provide a streamlined experience and unparalleled customer service in the nation’s most visited U.S. National Parks, as they lack attainable luxury options for the average consumer. We are starting with the Great Smoky Mountains, the most visited U.S. National Park with 13 million annual visitors and have secured a stunning, serene 17-acre property just outside of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park in Sevierville, Tennessee.

The property is just a 20 minutes drive from the Sugarlands Visitor Center.
